What are your opening times?
Mondays - by appointment only
Tuesday - 9am to 5.30pm
Wednesday - 9am to 5.30pm
Thursday - 9am to 6pm
Friday - 9am to 6pm
Saturday 9am to 12pm
 

Other appointment times including evenings by prior arrangement.


How far in advance do I need to book for an appointment?
During the Winter months there is usually a wait of between 1 to  2 weeks for an appointment.  During the Summer we ask ladies to book 2 to 3 weeks in advance to avoid disappointment.  However if you require an appointment quickly please ring as you may be lucky and get a cancellation.


Do you accept credit or debit cards?
Yes you are welcome to pay for purchases or treatments in the salon by credit or debit card if you wish.  We do not sell products online or over the telephone so we request customers to call in to make their purchases.

Do you charge a cancellation fee?
We ask all our clients to give us at least 24 hours notice of a cancellation of an appointment as there is often a waiting list for appointments.  If you are unable to give 24 hours notice then we may charge an additional 50% on your next treatment. 


Can I buy a gift voucher for all treatments or products?
Yes you may use the gift voucher for products or treatments. You can either choose a specific amount which can be used towards products and / or treatments or you can buy a voucher for a specific treatment e.g. manicure.  Our vouchers are a  very popular gift for birthdays, special occasions and Christmas.  The recipient can choose a more expensive treatment if they wish as they can pay the outstanding amount.


What is the expiry time limit on the Gift Vouchers?
You can choose between 3 and 6 months when buying a Gift Voucher.  Please state your preferred time limit to your Therapist when buying the voucher.


When booking in for a Body Massage will my modesty be kept at all times?
Yes when you arrive for your treatment you will be given two large towels to cover the top and bottom half of you.  Your Therapist will show you to the treatment room and then leave you to get unchanged.  We always knock before re-entering.  You will also be asked to leave your underwear on at all times.


If I wanted to buy retail products would there be someone available to help me with what products would suit me the best?
Yes. We always make every effort to help all our clients to chose the products would suit them the best.  If you wish you can let us know when you are coming and then we will can book a FREE 30 minute appointment to discuss your requirements, skin type and lifestyle which will enable us to recommend the most appropriate product(s).  If you wish we can carry out a FREE Skin Analysis which will involves cleansing and toning your skin to enable us to determine your skin type more accurately.  


Do you host pamper parties?
Yes our Pamper Parties are very popular!  We host Pamper Parties for ladies and young girls.  It is a great idea for a Girls Night and is popular for birthdays and Hen Nights. > visit our Pamper Parties webpage

Do you host Children's Pamper Parties?
Yes we provide fun Pamper Parties for young ladies. The party is suitable for up to 8 children
and is hosted at the Salon.  The children enjoy a special buffet and they can have manicures, pedicures and light make up applied professionally.  The hostess (Birthday Girl) also receives a free voucher entitling her to a free treatment at another time.


When booking a children’s Pamper Party would I have to stay with them until the end?
Yes adults are required to stay with the children until the end of the party regardless of the age group.


Do you have disabled access as I have a wheelchair?
At this present time we don’t have the facility for wheel chairs to access the building.  Our salon is located on the ground floor building with a small step into the building. If you need assistance then we can be on hand to help at all times when arriving and leaving the salon.  We have car parking outside the salon which makes access easier for clients who have difficulty walking.  Please let us know if you will be requiring assistance.

We have invested in an electric bed in one of our Treatment Rooms which is fully adjustable to meet the needs of our clients.  Please let us know when booking your appointment if you would prefer to use this Treatment Room.


Do you have easy parking outside the salon?
Yes you can park directly outside the salon as there are a number of free, unrestricted spaces.  There is also free car parking across the road to the Salon and around the nearby corner in Addison Road. 

Please be aware that the Salon is near residential homes and there is a Residents’ Only Parking Bay near the salon. It is clearly indicated by signage and a white boxed area.  We endeavour to be a Good Neighbour so we kindly request that our clients do NOT park in this Bay as it is for local residents with parking permits only.
